Thankful Week

I have so much to be thankful for! I haven't been writing much because daddy has had some time off work and we are in the middle of a WHOLE WEEK when he doesn't have to go to work! So we've been super busy doing fun stuff.
Let me see, I actually spent the weekend with Grandma Donna and Grandpa Dave this past weekend. I had a super time. I slept in a big bed with Grandma Donna, I went down to the river to throw sticks that splashed with Grandpa Dave, I went to the store, I talked to Aunt Emily on the computer, and I did some serious playing!
I also helped celebrate Granny Conner's birthday last week! It was great. We sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY, me and Levi helped blow out candles, I ate some icing, I blew out more candles...it was wonderful!
I also got to spend an evening with Grandma and Pa. We played and watched Bolt and played some more! I got to ride on Pa's back and go down the slide in the play room and "make dinner" in my kitchen! It was so much fun!!
I can't forget that last Wednesday I took my bike to church and rode all around the gym! I've never been able to do that before and I pedaled my little legs off!! My daddy actually had the idea to do it and I was SO HAPPY!
This morning I am taking some time to reflect on the many things I have to be thankful for! There are way to many to list, and the things I just wrote were definitely on that list... but I wanted to share a few more...and they are in no order.

I am thankful for Mondays at Granny's house, for hanging out with my wonderful cousins, and for all the play time I get each day!

I am thankful I can exercise with daddy by playing Wii Active!

I am thankful that I got to put up a Christmas tree of my very own in my room...and I am thankful we got to put up the BIG CHRISTMAS TREE early this year!

I am thankful for all my family and friends...and for furry, pink hats!

I am just one blessed little lady!!!

Heaven

Some people spend their whole lives trying to figure out what heaven will be like. It took me just a few seconds to decide:

Happy Monday!!

Proud Peacock

Some great things have been happening here! First of all, I am doing a stellar job with using the big girl potty. I made it through a whole church service, dinner out with the family and the whole afternoon with NO ACCIDENTS! I am doing a really great job. Dee Dee (preacher's wife) even taught me the potty dance and song today...so I've been singing with with mommy all evening!
Friday night we went trick-or-treating! It was really the night before Halloween, but because mommy was in charge of the fall festival at church and daddy had to work on Saturday, Friday seemed to be our best option! So I got all dressed up in my peacock outfit and headed out to visit lots of family and get lots of surprises for my trick-or-treat bucket!
I was so very super! It was a long night, but it was so much fun I didn't even notice much. We started before 5:00pm and we didn't finish until almost 9:30pm! It was such a great night that I couldn't go to bed until almost 11:00pm. I just laid in bed and played with a ball that I somehow managed to sneak into my crib when mommy tucked me in!
Saturday I spent the morning with grandma and pa while mommy worked at the church getting ready for fall festival. She spent lots of time there during the week and I was thinking about getting upset that she hadn't been around much...but then I got to go to fall festival Friday night! WOW! It was so much fun!! My Uncle Lawrence came and got me and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the church. There were balloons everywhere, and when we got inside there were GAMES, GAMES, and more GAMES for me to play!! There was even a bounce house where I got to jump and jump and jump! Lots of playing and food later, I headed to Aunt Ruth's house to hang out while mommy worked.
I had such a great time at Ruthie's house with her and Baxter and Ty and Bruce. I love running down the hallway and going up and down the stairs. I also loved playing hide-and-seek with Ruthie and Peggy! I found a great hiding place and it took them a while to find me!! I am so good at that game!! We made cookies, too! I had such a fun time, that when it was time to go home I fell fast asleep in the car!! I woke up long enough to get a bath and then headed to bed for a good night of rest!
I had a really great Halloween!!
