I CAN DO IT!

Mommy says she is getting me a shirt that says, "I SAID, I CAN DO IT!" That is how I feel now. I don't need any help from anybody to do anything. I mean it, I really could be self sufficient if people would just let me be! Well, I'm still very sweet, but I just get very irritated when people don't see that I can do it!
This morning I got up and mommy gave me my breakfast. She has learned that I don't want to eat cereal that she gives me, so she bought me cereal bars. So I walk around and eat my cereal bar and drink my milk. (My parents finally found a suitable sippy cup for my milk.) Then I played and got dressed. We decided to go to the mall.
I walked to the car by myself, however my mother kept making me hold her hand! I would have eventually made it to the car by myself, I just wanted to take a few detours. So we went to the mall and everything was fine for a few minutes. Then I remembered that, "I CAN DO IT," and I got out of my stroller and walked. Then I saw mommy pushing my stroller and remembered, "I CAN DO IT," and so I took the stroller away and rolled it myself. (Daddy looked pretty silly bent over following me with my stroller!!)
I saw a display of sunglasses and remembered again, "I CAN DO IT," so I took a bunch off of the display and threw them on the ground. THEN DADDY REMEMBERED THAT HE CAN DO IT AND PICKED ME UP AND TOOK ME OUT OF THE MALL!!! It was just a slight set back.
We came home and I was so tired that I actually let mommy give me some ham and bread. Then it was time for a nap. I didn't like that idea and I yelled and yelled. I finally slept for a few minutes and then yelled some more.
I got to take a shower and play and play. Then daddy went to work and me and mommy just kept playing. I did let her make me some dinner. We had noodles and oranges and toast with jelly. We were going to have rolls but mommy couldn't get the tube opened...so I settled for toast.
Then I remembered again, "I CAN DO IT," so I went to the bathroom and pulled up the lid on the toilet. Mommy said, "NO." I gave her a dirty look and walked into my bedroom and put my hands on the humidifier that I know I'm not supposed to touch. I looked at mommy again and she said, "NO!" So I gave her another look and walked over to the diaper genie that I am also not supposed to open. I opened the lid and kept my eyes on mommy. She said, "NO!" again and I gave her a piece of my mind. All I was missing was hands on my hips, but I haven't learned how to do that yet.
I decided to be sweet again and we played some more. Grandma and Grandpa Filler came by for a few minutes and I showed them my brand new sippy cup. I also showed grandpa that I can crawl under the table and try to get in the outlets. GUESS WHAT I HEARD AGAIN?!?!! NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! Wait till I can say that word...It will be my favorite! Well I played with grandpa and grandma and then they had to go home. Me and mommy cleaned up my room a little bit and then I went to bed.
I really didn't put up a fight because I kind of felt sorry for mommy. I did a really good job at bed time. Hopefully everybody will remember tomorrow that I CAN DO IT! Oh...here is a picture of me showing everybody that I CAN DO IT!
